Free delivery All orders will be delivered FREE of charge providing order value for each order is £50 or more (excluding VAT). Some large furniture items may attract an additional delivery charge. Orders under £50 (excluding VAT) will carry a delivery charge of £3.95. A small fee of £2.00 will be charged for orders of £30 and under
Step by Step Express Delivery (UK mainland only) Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt and despatched the same day on a 24 hour delivery service. This service is strictly subject to stock availability. Please call 08451 25 25 50 before 11.00am and specify that you require the SbS EXPRESS service (UK Mainland only). We regret that furniture, large items and Direct Despatch items cannot be despatched by SbS Express Service.
Direct Despatch Please note that certain items may come from the manufacturer and may take up to 21 working days to despatch. Some items are also manufactured at the point of order and may take 4 – weeks. In both instances such items will be identifiable.
Made to order Certain items are manufactured specially for you upon ordering and may take 4-6 weeks to be delivered.
